4id Encoding & Encryption Process
4id labels begin with RFID inlay validation, followed by insertion into the label using specialised converting equipment. Each inlay is then encoded with customer-specified data, and any that fails to encode or isn't compliant stops the line for removal, so only verified labels make it through. A timestamped data log records every event, along with each label's unique identification number and encoded data, giving traceability down to the individual label.
